Norbert Mihali
Managing Director & Lead EngineerNorbert founded ESOS with a vision to raise the standard of site engineering in Ireland. With a background rooted in both academic rigor (MSc in GIS Urban Planning, BSc in Geomatics) and practical site management, he brings a unique perspective to every project.
Before establishing ESOS, Norbert spent 5 years at Castlebrowne Civil Engineering, where he rose to Project Lead. His experience includes managing the site engineering for major industrial projects, including an €18m Design & Build Warehouse and a massive €50m Warehouse Unit.
He is fully insured and holds multiple safety accreditations, including CSCS Site Safety Supervisor and First Aid Responder, ensuring that ESOS operates with safety as a priority.
